Our Policy:
Any equipment sold or purchased to the consumer
by our company provides a one year warranty. All products are
free from manufacture defects for a period of one year. Any equipment
that fails during the period of one year under normal operation
will be replaced free of charge. The warranty does not cover equipment
that has been installed incorrectly, without proper surge protection,
acts of mother nature, vandalism, neglect, stolen or theft.
On internet orders: All equipment ordered must be paid in full
before shipping. All equipment sold outside of our service area
must be installed by a qualified service company to maintain warranty,
proof is required. On all electronics, once the customer has received
the equipment and is working condition no returns are allowed.
Equipment can be returned for store credit only. The credit can
be used to purchase other products. However there will be a re-stocking
fee applied to the account. Re-stocking fees vary depending on
the manufacture of that equipment. Other fees may apply such as
shipping, so be sure when ordering of your needs. If the consumer
should receive the incorrect product it is to be returned with
a RA provided by our company, once received the correct order
will be shipped.
Customer agrees to the terms of our policy when placing orders
over the internet. Customer also agrees that they are subject
to attorney and court fees and held liable for theft and or damaged
equipment, stolen credit cards,returned or bad checks or payments
that can not be processed.
